Placing a child for adoption can be a selfless, brave, and loving option. It can also be incredibly emotional and overwhelming.
At The Villages, we believe in caring for you. While some agencies focus solely on the end result for the adoptive family, we walk with you during pregnancy and put your physical, mental, and emotional well-being first.
Whether you’re confident about adoption or unsure, this program is for you. Our trained professionals and licensed therapists are here to help you explore your options and determine if adoption is right for you.

Our birth mom was our primary concern during our adoption process. The Villages did an amazing job prepping us for our first in-person meeting, letting us know what to expect and what our birth mom would and would not be comfortable with. They provided unwavering support throughout her pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Our social worker made sure she had transportation to appointments and all necessities of life. If a birth mom needs counseling at any time, they will provide it. The Villages truly has the birth mom’s best interests at heart.

Whether or not you choose adoption, your health and safety is our highest priority. If you are in a dangerous or unstable situation, The Villages can provide housing and food assistance, transportation, and more.
As a member of this program, you will receive counseling by our staff to help you determine if adoption is a good fit for you. Throughout pregnancy, you may also choose to receive free, in-home therapeutic services.
Should you choose adoption, our team walks with you every step of the way. Our staff assists with transportation to doctor’s appointments, making a birth plan, connecting with an attorney, and matching with a family.
